Description and Requirements

Responsible for end-to-end recruiting for the assigned project. In this role, the Staffing Consultant is responsible for filling open requisitions by sourcing, assessing and negotiating candidate offers.

Primary Duties

• Track candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information. Maintaining internal and external job postings

• Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session with hiring managers.

• Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies

• Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet client needs

• Effectively negotiate and communicate offer to successful candidates

• Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure hiring requirements are met

• Responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.

• Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process

• Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information

• Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process

• Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

• Self directed individual who has a proven ability to problem solve, drive results, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with a strong customer service focus.

• Advanced English and Spanish is a differential
