About the role

  • Our Phenol & Co Product team, composed of 5 people, is integrated into the Commercial, Strategic Marketing and Business Intelligence Department and focuses on developing and managing a customer portfolio in line with Phenol & Co Products markets and supporting business growth to achieve the Commercial plan targets in terms of volume, sales and margin.

  • As an Account Manager , you will work in a good and safe working environment and value sharing and teamwork culture. You will work in a super dynamic market and be part of the business growth and company transformation. We are looking for high-performing people who can be included in the succession planning to be considered for future opportunities inside the company.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Develop and execute accounts plans, including forecasts.

  • Maintain updated information about the customers and competitors within the assigned perimeter and provide regular local marketing information to the Business Director and Marketing team.

  • Plan and lead contract negotiations and close deals (product choice, pricing, service)

  • Deliver pricing targets

  • Coordinate the new application developments at the targeted accounts (if applicable)

  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid and travel working modes (preferably based in S. Paulo).

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemical, or business (administration or economy).

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the chemical environment.

  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and contracts.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 160.800,00 to R$ 201.000,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
