Job Description

Are you passionate about sustainability? Do you have analytical background? Do you want to be part of a global team that continues to evolve within the world regulatory compliance? At Grundfos, we are looking for a Sustainable Sourcing Coordinator to join our Group Purchasing team.

What is the job about?

You will support the development and execution of the Sustainable Supplier Management Program with a focus on securing purchased component compliance coverage in line with stakeholder expectations. This position involves development and implementation of new tools, trackers and reports with the center of automation solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop frameworks, tools, and processes to boost MDS data collection and chemical compliance efficiency.

  • Improve the CDX platform interface and ensure timely onboarding of vendors with necessary follow-ups.

  • Conduct and support the daily management and monitoring of the MDS data collection and contribute to improving the compliance status of the related items.

  • Monitor and report KPIs and metrics to teams across sustainability, purchasing, and compliance.

  • Create and manage trackers, dashboards, and Power BI reports for informed decision-making.

  • Train vendors on digital tools while addressing challenges through escalations and internal support.

  • Participate in compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, and chemical monitoring activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in sustainability or compliance.

  • Experience in creating and implementing automated solutions for reporting and data tracking.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Fluent English with good verbal and written communication skills

  • 1-3 years proven relevant experience is an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical & critical thinking with „attention-to-details” attitude

  • Proactive and creative approach to problem framing & solving

  • Systematic and quality-oriented way of working, following instructions and procedures

  • Result driven, energetic team player who is proactive, curious and eager to learn

  • Experience in data modelling and analysis of business processes is an advantage

  • Solid Excel, VBA Macro and Power BI skills
