National Grid Procure to Pay (P2P) Systems Analyst in Syracuse, New York

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Procure to Pay Systems & Interfaces and delivering process improvements within the end to end Supply Chain process (e.g. Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.).
Provide leadership and oversight in the following areas:
* Monitoring the health of National Grid's ERP system as it relates to Procure to Pay
* Extracting data and analyzing information from multiple systems to support and optimize departmental goals, operational improvements and streamline processes
* Work with the management team to support the development and implementation of the Supply Chain Process.
* Assist in supporting projects to increase digital transactions, enhance usability, improve compliance and create efficiencies across the Source to Pay process
* Organize and facilitate workshops to define issues and develop solutions.
* Maintain controls and monitor data to detect data quality issues as it relates to the Procure to Pay processes.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with the stakeholders in order to share best practice and translate business needs to provide technical advice and build bases of influence.
* A Bachelor's degree in a Business related area and up to 2-5 years of analytical or business support experience, or equivalent work experience.
* Advanced degree/credits are preferred
* Can manage projects both internal to the team and across the enterprise.
* Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across organization.
* Reviews accuracy of own work and checks that all details are completed.
* Experience with ERP systems - SAP / Ariba experience preferred, with particular attention to Procure to Pay and Supply Chain

Annual Salary
$67,000-$79,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
