Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing primary health care services to Center patients within the structure of family practice care model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings, participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school. NYS license required – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Subject to stress and Fatigue
Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with patients and equipment.

Special Instructions to Applicants
Base Salary: $120,000 annually
40 hour per week position. There is flexibility with work schedule. Quick Care is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm and Saturday 12pm – 8pm.
