Bon Ton Glass Co. Experienced Glazier - Fabricator in Syracuse, New York
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Assemble and Install aluminum frames and store front; As well as associated doors and required glazing.Utilizing blueprints to complete work both on site and in shop.Have a working knowledge of materials associated with scope such as glass type, unit make up, hardware, and storefront types. Service work on doors and openings in commercial spaces. Handel and transport glass of all sizes. Operating equipment such as lifts and forklifts.Work comfortably with a variety of tools. Maintain safety and safe operating procedures in all instances. Traveling to on site job locations with company provided vehicle.Maintain a clean safe work environment.Qualifications:•Minimum of 6 months of on the job glazing experiences •BOCES, vocation or trade schools encouraged to apply!•Comfortable in construction or labor settings and roles•Minimum of 10 hour OSHA safety course •Leadership skills•Ability to work in a team environment•Self motivated Benefits:-Paid Vacations-Company Matched 401K-Medical and Dental insurance available-Low Stress Environment -Opportunities for job growth
Minimum Salary: 22.00 Maximum Salary: 28.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
