Syracuse University Director of Facility Operations - Washington, DC in Syracuse, New York
The Director of Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of activities at SUDC, Syracuse University's Academic Center in Washington DC and assuring effective day-to-day functioning of the facility. Duties include, but not limited to:
Managing budget
Working closely with SUDC academic directors to meet program and student needs
Coordinating student housing to include sourcing options,
Working with Real Estate/University Counsel on leases, and working with students to access housing
Scheduling of classroom and conference spaces used by Syracuse University schools, colleges and departments
Coordinating facility support for all programs and events
Addressing all routine and emergency maintenance, addressing safety issues in coordination with building management and the Washington DC agencies and external vendors
assisting with internal SU marketing of the facility
