The Role:
The Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural integrity and scalability of our Salesforce solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shift the role demands a seasoned professional with 18 to 22 years of experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the architectural integrity and ensure the scalability of Salesforce systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the alignment of Salesforce architecture with overall business objectives.
Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and recommend improvements.
Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
Manage and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce architecture.
Document architectural decisions and create technical specifications.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
