Stryker is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead by example in the Sales Effectiveness Manager. This role creates a positive impact across SSP by driving sales effectiveness capability through training and coaching across all sales and marketing roles in SSP.

We are looking for a true business partner as this role will be partnering with multiple areas of the business, building relationships and be influential in driving results in our sales. This is a rewarding and significant role to our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design, develop and refine the sales effectiveness training framework including the training objectives and curriculum.

  • Program Execution: Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of program and communicate these effectively to sales leaders to support budget decisions and inform process improvements.

  • Program Administration: Coordinate course scheduling, logistics, preparation of course materials, maintain up-to-date records of future participants and attendance.

  • Sales Effectiveness Strategy: Define and manage budget in accordance with P&L requirement.

  • Quality: Maintain and adhere to quality standards using the local quality management system.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Proven successful career within sales to apply knowledge and experience to training.

  • Passionate about developing others.

  • Experience facilitating training and leadership qualities.

  • Ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships locally and globally.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, relationship building, organizational and presentation skills.
