Are you ready to play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless operations? Join our esteemed team as the Facilities Coordinator, where you'll have a significant impact behind the scenes, ensuring our client's premises operate smoothly and efficiently. From managing vendors to providing top-notch customer service, your contributions will be invaluable.

Here's a snapshot of your day:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, extending warm hospitality to visitors and addressing inquiries with professionalism and grace.

  • Skillfully handle vendor relations, oversee maintenance operations, and maintain the integrity of our facilities for both Sydney and Melbourne (remotely).

  • Supervise soft services and staff responsibilities, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

  • Address client inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive attitude and managing expectations.

  • Handle office management tasks, including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing mail.

  • Provide general facilities support, including purchase order management, report preparation, and quality control checks.

Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, conveying complex information with clarity and confidence.

  • Possess a solid understanding of financial principles, enabling informed decision-making and responsible fiscal management.

  • Apply analytical skills to identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and optimize operational processes.

  • Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced work order systems to navigate digital platforms seamlessly.
