Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Industry Engagement and supported by an industry-aligned team of reward/workforce analytics and advisory experts, you will play a key role in the exciting growth journey of our Talent Analytics Business.

As Senior Manager, Industry Engagement, you will take a lead role in connecting a portfolio of our largest clients in the Financial Services, Technology or Not-for-Profit sectors to Aon's tailored reward and workforce market insights, technology-enabled data solutions, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sector planning process for your industry to define approaches for delivering on retention, expansion, and acquisition revenue targets.

  • Drive industry financial growth and profitability by partnering with a cross-functional team of experts across sales, reward analytics and reward advisory.

  • Provide input on product profitability, pricing, and commercial offerings/packages.

  • Oversee client support, data acquisition & validation, and project management of strategic initiatives to ensure we are providing an industry-leading client experience.

  • Mentor, inspire and coach our junior team members to support their career growth and learning.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrated experience partnering with HR and/or C-Suite stakeholders to identify and solve problems.

  • Prior experience in executive and/or workforce reward is preferred, including the ability to coach early-career team members in basic remuneration benchmarking/data-based insight generation.

  • Excellent business partnering, project management and communication skills to coordinate change initiatives spanning both internal and client stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to develop industry expertise, identify client trends, and assist the Data & Analytics Consulting team in the quest to ‘tell the story behind the data’ and integrate that knowledge into product development and client interactions to provide an industry-leading client experience.
