THE ROLE

Join our team as a Business Manager for our Private Buying Groups in our Commercial and Pricing Solutions team.

As Business Manager, you are the key contact for Private Health Buying groups and primarily their Group Procurement teams. You will lead negotiations with the Buying Groups and conduct business reviews on behalf of the broader Stryker business, as well as engage in BAU activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as the key contact for Private Health Buying groups and primarily their Group Procurement teams, becoming an expert networker with private healthcare buying groups.

  • Represent Stryker to the private buying groups; building and maintaining influential relationships with key commercial decisions makers within ANZ health systems

  • Influencing and empowering Stryker business units to develop programs that respond to the needs of the private health customers in their sector, developing strategies that protect and grow revenue in the private sector

  • Lead the negotiations on behalf of Stryker with the Private Buying groups

  • Provide guidance and advice on rules of engagement to Stryker sales teams around private health policy, contract compliance and procurement frameworks

  • Be a brand ambassador for Stryker, building relationships and strengthening network connections

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Hold 3 - 5 years' experience in an account management position, with a track record of key relationship building and quota achievement

  • Strong track record of converting strategy into implemented programs

  • Experience in successfully influencing cross-functional teams to deliver results

  • Be a high achiever, results orientated, striving to be the best in the market!
