Hyoungwon E&C America Inc Procurment manager in Suwanee, Georgia
We are looking for Procurement Manager and the duties are:
[1] Establish short-term and long-term goals for the procurement department; [2] Establish bill of materials (BOM) and logistics management policies; [3] Manage subordinate supervisors in negotiating with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability; [4] Direct subordinate supervisors for analysis of current procurement systems and direct them to suggest any changes in logistics systems such as routing, shipping modes, or product volumes; [5] Exercise complete discretion over the administrative and personnel activities of the procurement team ; [6] Review and approve weekly/monthly report of the procurement team submitted by supervisors to ensure the logistics activities are being performed according to the corporate policies and procedures; [7] Hire, fire, and promote engineers of procurement department and sub-contractors; [8] Report to headquarters about the procurement process and status periodically; and etc.
