Your role at Clorox:
The Continuous Improvement Leader focuses on development, implementation and supporting the sustainability of Continuous Improvement Lean methodology and processes at US Better Health VMS Sunrise. This individual effectively works with technical and non-technical personnel in multiple departments (engineering, maintenance, packaging, processing, distribution, corporate engineering, production services, etc.) to make sure plans are in place and are on schedule to ensure successful projects. May be called upon to work on special assignments including the complete management of small project to medium sized projects.

In this role, you will:
Lead loss identification process (material and labor) and support manufacturing in the evaluation of feasible cost reduction
Drive GME cultural journey for the plant beginning with Workplace Organization, Daily Operations Huddles and Improvement Methodologies.
Support the Manufacturing Site Operational Readiness of new technologies, capital projects and material changes.
Provide leadership of change management meetings and activity tracking.
Set overall direction for training & development of production employees
Contribute to the implementation of CI methodology through a deep understanding of operations, data analysis, and KPIs definition.
Ensure process control through the application of loss analysis tools and the definition of systematic action plans together with key players of each operation.
Develop and provide training related to KPIs, loss elimination tools, and CI methodology.
Perform other assignments as required.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals
3+ years’ experience of manufacturing experience
2+ years’ experience with continuous improvement leadership
Work experience in manufacturing functions such as engineering, quality assurance, operations, logistics
Work experience in project management, manufacturing, operational excellence and Lean methodologies.
Proven effectiveness influencing peers and management.
Planning and organization skills to manage project priorities and coordinate function activities.
Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
Work experience in regulated Pharmaceutical, supplement or food manufacturing (Preferred)
Spanish and/or Creole language skills (Preferred)

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
