Amazon Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Pre-Owned Business in Sunnyvale, California

Amazon Devices is one of the most innovative and fastest growing businesses at Amazon. Within Amazon Devices, the Pre-Owned Business team manages Trade-In and pre-owned device sales. We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager with a strong track record of delivering results to join our marketing team.

This team owns end-to-end marketing strategy and implementation for new and existing products and features. We work across channels and teams to define targeting, positioning, and channel strategy, drive sustainability initiatives, influence the products our Tech and Product teams build for customers, lead on-site events, experiment, and expand to new channels. In addition to Tech and Product Managers, this team works closely with Sales, Finance, User Experience (UX), Business Intelligence, Amazon Devices teams, and other Marketing teams. We’re looking for someone with digital Product Marketing experience including on-site and paid media who can prioritize effectively in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience defining and implementing experimentation roadmaps, and are comfortable interacting across job functions up to the senior leadership level, we’d be excited to talk to you.

Key job responsibilities

  • Influence and implement marketing strategies including messaging, targeting, channel expansion, and experimentation across Amazon.com, off-Amazon digital, and offline channels

  • Measure marketing results and make data-based decisions

  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive common goals, including with teams international teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

  • Experience with paid media and outbound marketing (email, push notifications)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
