Google Senior Product Marketing Manager, Security, Google Cloud in Sunnyvale, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience with product marketing in cybersecurity, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

  • Experience creating product marketing content for enterprise software or positioning business-to-business (B2B)/enterprise security products and services.

  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.

  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple product management and marketing teams.

  • Experience in marketing security products used in cloud or SaaS environments.

  • Experience launching and marketing technology solutions globally.

  • Excellent structured thinking and written/verbal communication skills.

As a Product Marketing Manager, Security, for Google Cloud, you will take part in a complete marketing experience as you guide every facet of the product's journey from determining positioning, naming, analysis, feature prioritization and external communication. You will help shape the representation and perception of products and solutions, and help grow their customer base. You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, product management, corporate communications, engineering and more.

In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. You’ll be responsible for driving the product marketing for a range of security capabilities that help organizations detect, investigate and respond to threats fast. You will generate high-impact ideas, clearly prioritize work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive them to completion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Drive awareness of Google Cloud security products in the market through defining a compelling narrative and engaging with key influencers.

  • Create innovative technology showcases for Google Cloud security products.
