Actalent Program Manager in Sunnyvale, California
Description
Environmental Compliance Program Manager EC-PM will work with New Product Development and Sustaining teams to ensure our products are in compliance with all applicable environmental / chemical regulations.
Monitor and analyze the developing trends and changes in regulatory compliance laws rules and regulations.
Establish and maintain an effective product compliance program to prevent and/or resolve product impacts/delays while minimizing business risk to organization.
Maintain Environmental Compliance policies and procedures.
Ensure that Environmental Compliance timelines align with product launch plans.
Ability to work/communicate effectively with legal counsel engineers technical specialists and management cross functionally in a multi-disciplinary global environment.

Team compromises of 6 team members. Half of them located in US in same building, half of them are in Asia.
Candidate would be required to work with all the EC-PM team members as well as the Kuiper team, as well as the suppliers located outside of the US. Combination of internal and external.
Will be training happening for the employee once onboarded to follow the appropriate procedures.
No travel required/free parking onsite

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $105.00/hr.
