The IS&T Product Engineering Systems group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to help us manage highly visible and transformative Next generation PLM/PIM program. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will play a key role in leading the program that helps apple build an enterprise platform that enables Product innovation, NPI lifecycle management, Design Collaboration, and Product Release management.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Engineering Program Management experience working on large, complex, enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives

  • 4+ years of prior software engineering experience with enterprise applications

  • Experience managing full lifecycle enterprise systems implementation.

  • Experience leading system design, integration, and deployment with the right balance of both technical and leadership skills

  • Ability to navigate in a dynamic fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically. Work with cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones

  • Experience in Agile methodology. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, presentation skills and strong leadership presence

Description

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will play a key role in leading the program to enable successful delivery of our Next Generation PLM transformation program. You will build, manage and execute program roadmap, while managing program level dependencies. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs. You will also manage program risk identification and resolution to keep programs on track and able to deliver planned outcomes. You will prepare and deliver audience-specific communications, reports to ensure program teams, stakeholders, and leadership are adequately appraised of program status, risks and issues. You will manage a diverse range of technical tracks including application development, system integrations, data migrations, DevOps, and QA while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in managing PLM, or ERP or MES Programs is a PLUS but is not required

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
