Support the Protected Communications F&BO (Finance & Business Operations) organization in the management of financial analysis. This Senior cost analyst position will ensure all cost performance accounts are updated, analyzed and monitored for control including monthly earned value metrics.

This position seeks excellent professional communication skills to interface and work closely with F&BO team members, cross-functional leadership and internal & external customers. The individual will support all aspects of the financial effort, from proposal preparation & budget baselining to analysis and earned value reporting and finally contract close out. The individual will also need to support Initial Baseline Reviews (IBRs).

Other responsibilities will include audit preparation and support, preparing and presenting financial data to senior leadership and ad hoc analysis. Must be able to adapt to changing environment and accomplish a variety of special tasks with minimal leadership.

This person must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. US citizenship required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Expert in Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

• Applicant must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Desired Skills:

-Advocate for change and continuous improvement

-Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

-Familiarity with Cobra

-Active secret clearance

-Previous experience supporting/leading IBR's
