We are looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager to lead , grow and evolve our workflows and business processes across sales, marketing, product, engineering and legal . The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills along with s t rong organizational skills and a bias towards driving action . You will partner with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders including sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
You will make an impact by:
Evolving how product , marketing, sales and legal engage and work together on new product launches
Ensuring that cross-functional teams have clarity around roles, responsibilities and timelines
Support leadership with setting goals and establishing trackable metrics
Developing a cross-functional view across our go-to-market, product and legal teams to ensure that we are tracking key activities, blockers and milestones
Streamlining how we work with p artner s and customers , including supplier setup , procurement , invoicing and payments
Structuring and managing t he agenda s , presentation s and action items for team meetings and offsites to ensure that all team member are on the same page.
Supporting leadership with executive business updates and internal communications
Preferred qualifications and experiences (not all required )
5 + years of marketing and/or business operations experience
Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholders
Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
Strong project management, negotiation and organization skills
Willing to travel for events and team meetings, as needed

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
SUNNYVALE, California US-07003:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Atlanta, Georgia US-11074:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
