We are looking for a Regional Key User for our Specification Systems who will work in an exciting, global environment with room for own ideas and shaping change. You will be the link between plant and central managing the different stakeholder requirements fand supporting the plants in rollout of the solution including change management.

Our Specification solutions plays a major role within the Tires Digitalization strategy of Continental Tires supporting an increased stability of the processes and a constant high quality output. The solution must be enhanced, further integrated into the Manufacturing Suite and rolled out to various plants and processes.

Furthermore the solution is capable to cover multiple additional requirements such as the automation of recipe creation with the support of AI technolgy to further automatize the future recipe creation process.

You will be responsible for:

• Assuring highest added value, quality & user experience of Manufacturing Systems across the whole application life cycle

• Drive the product iteration through continuous product backlog refinement, definition and acceptance of iterations and stories based on stakeholder priorities

• Coordinate implementation activities and monitors value creation through correct usage of the solution

• Planning and execution of global Business Acceptance Tests (BAT)

• Consulting in cases of problem solving by analysing data and application issues

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related studies;

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process / shopfloor related field;

• This role is an internal only position, external applicants will not be considered for this role.

• Affinity for Smart Manufacturing / Industry;

• Strong command of English (verbal & written);

• Availability for international travels (about 30%).
