Dayton Superior Corporation Machine Oper II in Sumner, Washington
Follows all safety procedures including use of PPE, 5S, guard placement, etc.
Sets up machine by selecting, installing and aligning tooling, guides and stops.
Operates assigned machines. Consistently meets production requirements.
Runs sample parts to verify conformance to product specification. Recognizes unsafe or defective products and corrects problem. Detects and reports any machine malfunctions.
Performs preventive maintenance such as oiling machines and dies.
Maintains clean and safe work area and actively practices 5S.
Reads production schedules, work orders, and component drawings to assure product quality.
Legibly fills out documentation such as process monitors and production tickets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
