Maintenance Technicians
Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Maintenance Technicians for full time work in Summerville, SC . The pay range for this position is $23-$27 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 40 to 45 hours a week.
You will handle service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry in Summerville, SC delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and servicing our buildings on-site.
Weather will not be an issue with hours. We have consistent work. The right candidate can start right away.
Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities
HVAC, Plumbing and Carpentry Service Calls for customers
Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components
Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures
Comply with construction regulations
Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Requirements
2+ years of construction experience
18+ years of age
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Math, problem solving, and construction skills
