Sportsman Boats Mfg. Experienced Lamination Supervisor for Top Boat Manufacturer in Summerville, South Carolina
Reporting to the Lamination Manager, the Lamination Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient manufacturing process in the Lamination area. This position requires knowledge of the lamination process and is responsible for adhering to the production schedule, ensuring quality, supervising employees as assigned and complying with all safety standards.
What you will do:
Bottom line, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, building high quality decks and hulls on time while following procedures and keeping everyone safe.
What you will know or have done:
You must have knowledge and experience in supervising a lamination area or department in a boat manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment and routinely wears protective clothing and masks. The gel coat area is not air conditioned and requires working during hot weather. Requires ability to work in high temperatures during the summer months along with increased humidity.
