Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join our team in Arkansas. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and supporting essential accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain general ledger accounts, including preparing and posting adjusting entries.

• Conduct thorough account analysis and reconciliation, such as bank statements and intercompany accounts.

• Oversee the organization and accuracy of the general ledger chart of accounts.

• Collaborate on internal control evaluations to enhance compliance and efficiency.

• Prepare and post accrual entries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience in accounting or a similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and accrual accounting.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with auditing practices and procedures.
