Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (TS/SCI) in Suffolk, Virginia

Our Suffolk, VA team is a looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst (SCSA) to provide senior technical analysis for IA/CS support and integration efforts to our DoD customer. The Senior CSA will perform in-depth analysis in various areas and technologies within RMF (A&A) packages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security Architecture analysis and compliance assessment with DoD/DON required configurations
Support required selected sample audits of IAVA, STIGs and CTOs to enforce compliance
Security Operations tools architecture SME, integrator, and operations interface
Firewall and Boundary audit and configuration management
Conduct security posture and threat analysis given current security infrastructure, configuration, and employment
Coordinate/Collaborate with ECH I/II/III stakeholders and assist owners through cybersecurity workflow
Knowledge of stakeholder (USSTRAT, ARSTRAT, OPNAV, PEO SPACE) interests and concerns
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
QUALIFICATIONS:
US government Top Secret/TS - SCI clearance
Six (6) years of experience in Information Systems Operations, IA/CS or Information Systems Management.
Four (4) years of experience in the areas of systems, networks and applications analysis applicable to IA/CS, INFOSEC, DIACAP, and RMF.
DoD 8570 IAM Level III / CSWF Designation Code 61 (Advanced Master)
CISSP certification
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
