Emerson Order Entry Analyst in SUDESTE, Brazil
Responsabilidades:
Administração de pedidos no Oracle;
Sinalização de possíveis problemas com os pedidos de compra antes do ingresso;
Monitoramento dos pedidos unclean;
Garantir a comunicação com o time de vendas e com a área comercial.
Receber, revisar e processar pedidos de compra de clientes nas condições pré-aprovadas pelos termos e condições definidas pela Emerson;
Revisão de conformidade comercial, garantindo que todas as informações estejam corretas e completas (ex. dados cadastrais, garantia, dados de faturamento, etc), assegurando o fornecimento de materiais e serviços de tempo e forma que o cliente precisa;
Garantir qualidade de input de pedido;
Responsável por melhorar o tempo de bookings e SLA;
Requisitos:
Formação em áreas relacionadas a Negócios e Administração;
Preferencialmente experiência de trabalho com Oracle;
Inglês intermediário;
Desejável conhecimento ou experiência de trabalho com produtos PRM e Final Control;
Conhecimento em ERP / CRM;
Local de trabalho: Sorocaba, SP.
