R10062786 Administrative Assistant (Open) Location: Stryker, OH (ASG) - Industrial spec gas How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Provide full administrative and clerical support for the Management Team and Operations of the facility. Review and process customer orders as they are received to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and quality manner. Good Clerical Skills - basic data entry & computer skills Ability to multitask - Organize and prioritize workload Good Communication Skills - Verbal, Phone and Written Reliable on time attendance Ability to work safely in office and plant areas Order and maintain stock of office supplies as needed Create purchase requisitions and order products needed for plant to maintain operation Maintain customer and vendor files Scheduling and organize meetings Receiving paperwork Basic SAP Operations Knowledge & understanding of Hazmat rules and regulations for placards, labels, etc.. Ability to clearly write and fill out reports and paperwork in English Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, safety data sheets and procedure manuals.
