Maintenance Manager
Job Description

Oversee plant maintenance personnel and collaborate effectively with other departments to drive teamwork and efficiency. Partner with production teams to monitor the operation and performance of plant equipment and systems. Focus on reducing unplanned downtime, solving problems proactively, and identifying opportunities for enhanced uptime, cycle time, and net yield. Recommend process and operational improvements while addressing maintenance-related challenges. Contribute to plant improvements and expansion projects through strategic planning and implementation. Plan maintenance activities to maximize machine uptime, cycle time, and yield across the production floor.

Essential Skills
Experience in boiler maintenance.
Proficiency with ADP software.
Strong management skills.
Experience with boilers and chillers.
A Mechanical Engineering degree or 10 years of industrial maintenance management experience.
Supervision experience, overseeing up to 10 people.
Knowledge of hydraulics.
Maintenance supervision experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
A minimum of five years in maintenance roles within manufacturing or warehousing environments.
At least three years in a leadership or supervisory position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
