BrookMeadow At Blue Hills Receptionists/Admin Assistant in Stoughton, Massachusetts

* Manage team phones/pagers/radios * Assists marketing for clerical needs. * Coordinate vendors in absence of Facilities director. * Back up Admin staff for breaks, * Posting menus as needed * Delivering mail to appropriate departments * Assist with resident activities as needed. Other duties as assigned. Under the direction of the Executive Director and Business Office Director, strives to attain excellence in consumer satisfaction for members, families, and other interested parties through ongoing solicitation and measurement of feedback, interactive problem solving, implementation of suggestions, and an annual program evaluation/quality assurance effort. Under the Direction of the Executive Director and Business Office Director, monitors, on a routine and ongoing basis, key measurable indicators of the daily operations. * Participates in the Performance Improvement Program as indicated. * Actively participates in marketing and marketing or catered events for the community. * Makes an active contribution towards improving community relations, increasing the positive public image of Brookmeadow at Blue Hills and overall awareness of its programs. * Demonstrates an appreciation of the heritage, values, and wisdom of members and an understanding of the aging process. * Assures and maintains an appropriate level of confidentiality. * Demonstrates an ability to meet established standards and understands the relationship between productivity and cost effectiveness. * Utilizes supervision constructively by demonstrating an ability to grasp instructions and meet changing conditions. * Demonstrates a talent for having new ideas, for finding new and improved ways for accomplishing responsibilities and for being imaginative in recommending solutions. * Demonstrates the ability to identify weaknesses and seek out conferences, in-service education, etc., in order to work toward self and agency improvement. * Demonstrates an ability to perform duties in an organized, efficient manner, according to priority. * Demonstrates an ability to complete and submit job related/required reports and records in a clear, concise and timely manner, assuring that content meets any Federal, State, local, and Agency requirements. * Demonstrates an understanding of the effect of individual job responsibilities on co-workers in the agency as well as on other departments. * Demonstrates an ability to take initiative and follow through.
