Aerotek Production Supervisor in Stockton, California

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Team Leader to oversee the assembly of components into finished goods on our production lines.
This role involves managing a team, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting production targets under the direction of the Production Manager.
Oversee the operation of a section within the Manufacturing function, supporting the Manager with day-to-day management.
Lead and manage a team, coordinating workloads, providing support, and ensuring efficient operations.
Monitor team performance, address any issues, and ensure production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met.
Develop team members by focusing on individual performance and support requirements, fostering a culture of safety and high standards.
Work under general supervision, with regular reviews by Management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Commitment to fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
