Jackie Meza with Robert Half is seeking a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting software systems, ensuring compliance with DCAA and government accounting principles, and overseeing all accounting functions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Manage the use and maintenance of Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ensure compliance with DCAA, ERP Solutions, and government accounting standards

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with government regulations

• Oversee budget processes and ensure all financial operations align with federal government contracts

• Manage the department of defense accounting operations

• Ensure the company is adhering to government contracts and government compliance requirements

• Oversee the auditing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Manage ADP - Financial Services operations

• Train and guide staff on accounting functions and software systems.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role within the Aerospace industry.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with DCAA and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Experience with ERP Solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in Auditing and Budget Processes.

• Knowledge of Federal Government Contracts.

• Familiarity with Government compliance and Government Contracts.

• Experience in Governmental accounting.
