Core Responsibilities:
Delivery of customer value propositions through development of customer business plans.
Lead external and internal key partners to deliver outstanding execution of commercial plans into retail Grocery partners in Sweden.
Collaborate with internal partners across field sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to drive commercial impact and category development.
Propose, convince, and implement high quality customer planning.
Develop positive relationships with key retailers across the central team and local stores.
Hold profit and loss responsibility of accounts assigned.

This role will be part of the Nordic Grocery team, headed up by a Key Account Director who are passionate about improving the potential in Nordic grocery retail by consolidating and further building our brand through inspiring and engaging online and in-store experiences that drive long-lasting business partnerships.
Do you have what it takes?
In-depth experience in Key Account Management roles ideally into Grocery customers in Sweden and preferably within a multinational FMCG focused organisation.
A high level of business understanding of both the offline as well as the online market and have a strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills.
Strong relationship builder who is energised by driving strong commercial results securing new business and creating ongoing relationships.
An analytical approach to business utilising data to build stories and convince others (MS Office suite proficiency is essential here).
Swedish fluency is expected, as is a proficiency in English both written and spoken.
