What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
The Sr. Financial analyst works directly with the Finance Controller on Manufacturing Accounting from running reports to performing analysis to participating in standard costing and budgeting .
He is also responsible for integrating initiatives into the Product Costing process and ensure that they are accurately reflected and tracked.
Work directly with Finance Controller on manufacturing Cost Accounting from running reports, to performing analysis, to participating in standard costing and Budgeting.
Strong background on Manufacturing, Material/Inventory Analysis, Auditing and Count.
Maintaining up to date, accurate standard costs in the SAP system.
Focus on variance analysis and cost control initiatives. Actively engaged in the cost reduction / new product development projects. Provide valuable cost analysis for management team for business decision. on variance analysis and cost control initiatives. Actively engaged in the cost reduction / new product development projects.
Provide valuable cost analysis for management team for business decision.
Provide financial analysis data to operation team for business plans and capital investment plans. Monitor and control the actual capital spending to align with the plan.
Coordinate the preparation of budgets, working with management and functional managers.
Teachable and retain a highly skills on Costing and Pricing Analysis
Integrate initiatives into the Product Costing process and ensure that they are accurately reflected and tracked.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, must be a CPA.
Must have 5+ years of costing and manufacturing Finance Accounting and cost control experience. Familiar with accounting regulations, US & PH GAAP and ERP system.
Skills:
Must be familiar with Philippines business environment and PEZA practice; knowledge and experience on tax, customs, treasury, and government compliance in the local environment.
Must be able to achieve results with constantly changing priorities.
Have good communication and problem solving skills.
Knowledgeable in advance Excel and SAP system.
Committed team player, detail-oriented multi-taker, with the ability to meet and exceed set goals and deadlines.
Strong background on manufacturing, material/inventory analysis, auditing and count.
Can manage to support the Finance department with all the necessary analyses and reports to sustain the business even in the absence of Finance controller
Candidate should be able to accurately present and analyze data.
