Lakeview Memorial Hospital Association Engineer, Lead Maintenance in Stillwater, Minnesota
The Lead Maintenance Engineer will perform the duties necessary to keep the hospital facility and mechanical equipment in good working order. This includes preventative maintenance and repairs to boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, digital controls and other equipment. Serves as preceptor for facilities staff and the first point of contact for facilities staff when troubleshooting equipment and systems. Also serves as the backup for the Plant Operations Manager as needed. Will share On-Call duties. Work Schedule: 40 hrs. weekly / 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday, Day shift Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. 5 years of experience in operations and repair of facility infrastructure systems including experience with HVAC systems. Minnesota 2nd Class B boiler operator license upon hire. Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines. Ability to lead and focus on customer service. Ability to handle a diverse workload. Preferred Qualifications: Technical school training in a related field. Minnesota Chief B Boilers license.
