JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20669 JOB TITLE: Assistant Director of Recruitment Position Summary This position assists the Director of Admissions and Recruitment in developing, administering, and coordinating domestic and international student recruitment and enrollment activities aligned with the Strategic Enrollment Plan for UW-Stevens Point main and branch campuses. The Assistant Director of Recruitment oversees recruitment operations and collaborates to strategically develop the counselor recruitment activities throughout the year. This is a communication-intensive leadership position that requires hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and development of counselors, as well as their day-to-day supervision and support. Ability to effectively advocate with administrators, faculty, and other unit staff. Ability to analyze quantitative data. Ability to develop operational plans to achieve specific objectives, assess their effectiveness, and propose changes in response to data.
