Job Title: Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking to add dedicated Team Leaders to our growing team
As a Team Leader, you will support the supervisor by monitoring production lines for slow-downs, bottlenecks, and assisting employees as needed
You will become knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover for breaks or unexpected absences
Additionally, you will track all line production and rejects accurately, perform visual quality checks, and communicate any issues to the supervisor
You will also be responsible for daily preparation and communication of production number
Responsibilities
Support the supervisor by monitoring the production line for slow-downs, bottlenecks, and assisting employees
Become knowledgeable of all positions to cover for restroom breaks or unexpected absences
Accurately track all line production and rejects to ensure accurate counts on finished parts
Perform visual quality checks and communicate any issues to the supervisor
Arrive 15 minutes before other employees to prepare for the day
Send daily emails with production numbers and other relevant information
Essential Skills
Team Lead experience in a production setting
Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting (trainer, line leader, team leader)
Experience overseeing 8 to 18 employees
2-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with computers, including sending emails and printing labels
Shifts
- Opening on 2nd shift
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
