Summary:

The Digital Fundraising - RCO Site Optimization Manager is accountable for Fundraising's RCO Testing & Optimization (T&O) strategy, roadmap, stakeholder process, metrics, reporting and organizational learning using Adobe and Agile practices and tools. Leading metrics for this role: FDR CVR Improvements and Increased Revenue.

For those candidates located in Colorado, the salary range for this position is: $75,800 - 101,700. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the job or employee resides. This is a remote position -- East Coast location (on EST) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining Digital FDR T&O Roadmap reflecting both short-term and long-term business objectives and linked to FDR 5-year business plan.

  • Work with key fundraising and partner stakeholders to identify, prioritize, document, execute and measure all Digital FDR RCO tests with the relentless objective of improving donor experience, RCO conversion rates and revenue.

  • Lead regularly scheduled RCO stakeholder sessions to coordinate and define the current Digital FDR test priorities, plan, tactics, scope, metrics and timing required for optimal learning.

  • Provide statistically significant test findings and recommendations to inform and support the RCO product roadmap and innovation process for FDR.

  • Translate technical learning into recommended online donor solutions and provide consultation to stakeholders on FDR and RCO teams.

  • Collaborate with FDR Agile product owner, content teams and FDR channel owners in support of improved donor experience and conversion rates across all channels and devices.

  • Define the necessary Adobe tools, data models and creative assets required to automate & deliver personalized donor experiences on RCO in lieu of scrum development.

  • Provide documented test metrics to finance/IT to inform smart business cases in support of new PMO or scrum projects to ensure maximum measured ROI on requests. 


  • Manage external partner relationships and collaborate on new capabilities to enhance ARC's digital testing capabilities in support of our donor.

  • Collaborate with FDR Agile product owner in testing potential donor use cases in the Adobe Experience Cloud to determine business ROI.

  • Keep abreast of current digital best practice and the use of digital tools and technologies to support innovation at the American Red Cross.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing required.

  • User experience testing, and A/B multivariate testing experience is required.

  • Knowledge of pertinent testing and analytics technology and its related applications in a complex web site. Adobe Analytics & Target is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience managing primary research and applying results to drive outcomes.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, UX design, journey mapping, content strategies & conversion flow optimization is preferred.

  • Experience in Agile methods and tools including Jira and Confluence preferred.

  • Strong results focus.

  • Leadership and team building ability.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically - yet be detail oriented to implement a tactical plan.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and multidimensional environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication & presentation skills.

  • Experienced in dealing with ambiguity and delivering under deadlines.
