Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for receiving inbound materials and loading outbound shipments. This role involves operating various equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. The position requires some lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound materials and load outbound shipments
Operate equipment including clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders
Perform general labor tasks as needed
Handle inventory management and packing
Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory
Load and unload materials using sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts
Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders
Experience in shipping and receiving
Knowledge of inventory management
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Shift & Pay
First shift hours are from 5am to 1:30pm (with potential overtime until 2:30pm and half-day work on Saturdays). $19/hr
Second shift hours are from 3pm to 11:30pm (with potential overtime until 12:30am and half-day work on Saturdays). $20/hr
Work Environment
Work in a brand-new warehouse without A/C, but with large fans, "wet fans", and special ventilation systems.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Rincon, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
