Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager dedicated to enhancing client relationships and driving project success. You will lead multiple projects and teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your role will involve coordinating turnover meetings, developing buyout schedules, reviewing contracts, and maintaining project schedules.
Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with clients and design teams to uphold the mission.
Lead multiple projects and teams, fostering effective communication and positive team dynamics.
Coordinate turnover meetings with estimating and preconstruction teams, develop buyout schedules, and lead team kick-off meetings.
Review and finalize owner contracts, ensuring clear understanding and implementation.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them regularly to ensure timely task completion.
Conduct risk assessments, manage procurement processes, and develop detailed scopes of work.
Prepare monthly cost projections and analyses to ensure cost efficiency.
Review RFIs and submittals, and communicate proactively with subcontractors and suppliers.
Participate in job site meetings, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management.
Experience managing internal teams, not just subcontractors.
Experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Management Firm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
