Looking for a stable job with great pay and benefits? Join Manpower at Caterpillar! We’re hiring for assembly positions in Schertz, San Antonio, and Seguin with multiple shifts available.
Locations & Pay Rates:
Schertz (3009/IH-35 - same side as WalMart)
-1st shift - $17.50/hrly | 6am-230pm M-F
-2nd shift - $18.73/hrly | 2pm-1030pm M-F
-Training is for 1 week on day shift only
-Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
San Antonio (IH-35/410 - across the hwy from Cowboys Dancehall)
-1st shift - $17.50/hrly | 6am-230pm M-F
-2nd shift - $18.73/hrly | 2pm-1030pm M-F
-Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
-Training is for 1 week on day shift only at Schertz
Seguin (1-10/Hwy 46)
-1st shift - $17.50/hrly | 6am-430pm M-Th | 10 hour shift
-2nd shift - $19.25/hrly | 430pm-3am M-Th | 10 hour shift
-Training is for two weeks on designated shift
-Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
What’s the Job?
Assemble and secure engine components following work instructions
Install gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, and other parts
Inspect parts for quality and report defects
Follow standard operating procedures in a safe and clean work environment
What’s Needed?
Background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during a 10-hour shift
Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to work overtime as needed
