Actalent Senior Architectural Designer in Stamford, Connecticut
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interiors and a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex architectural projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of design principles and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
Develop and implement innovative design solutions for corporate interior spaces, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and building codes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on corporate interiors.
Licensed Architect with a valid registration.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
