Robert Half NetSuite Administrator in Stamford, Connecticut

Description

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our NetSuite platform in Stamford, Connecticut. This role involves ensuring the system's reliability, optimizing its functionality, and driving value for the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance system performance and support organizational growth. This client is open to someone relocating.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to align system functionality with business needs.

• Design and implement workflows, saved searches, and dashboards to improve user experience and reporting capabilities.

• Administer user roles and permissions to ensure security and compliance.

• Support integrations with third-party tools like Salesforce, Coupa, and Boomi.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring timely responses to NetSuite cases.

• Document system configurations and maintain accurate records of changes.

• Work within structured change control and release management processes to ensure smooth updates.

• Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of NetSuite.

• Monitor data accuracy and governance, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Requirements • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in NetSuite administration or functional consulting.

• Proficiency in core NetSuite modules such as GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Fixed Asset Management.

• Familiarity with NetSuite customization tools including workflows, saved searches, and reports.

• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms like Salesforce and middleware tools.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and operational processes.

• Strong knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices.

• Comfort with issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
