NBC Universal Executive Assistant in Stamford, Connecticut

Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Executive Assistant will provide support to NBC Sports executive leaders.
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties for this role include managing travel and expenses; coordinating/managing calendars; planning meetings; and attending and taking notes for meetings
Coordination between multiple internal departments and external partners.
Handle and coordinate confidential information with detail and due care
Prepare expense reports and order supplies as needed
Assist in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
Comprehensive research, substantive follow up, and coordinating special projects and events
Preparing, collecting, and executing content and presentations for large scale meetings
Assisting when appropriate in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
Provide assistance on various projects and activities
Additional duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
3+ years administrative and/or general office experience
Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives a must
Must be a demonstrated self-starter with the ability to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressure
Flexibility to be available on evenings and weekends, and/or work an atypical schedule as needed to coordinate travel plans and assist with projects
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a team player

Solid writing and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Able to prioritize demands and heavy volumes of internal demands
Comfortable dealing with heavy volume of calls – both internal and external – as well as complicated travel arrangements
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and occasional weekends
Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
