Oracle Alliances Senior Director in Stamford, Connecticut
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.

Lead Sales with our Global SystemsIntegrators for the CGBU business working closely with Oracle Communications Sales,Pre-Sales, R&D and Consulting.
Lead/Manage a small worldwide team.
Develop andexecute a strategic plan with each GSI to grow Oracle Communications and GSIbusiness.
o Develop andmaintain relationships with global counterparts in the GSI s.
o Builds pipelineand long term, strategic relationships with named Global Systems Integrators.
o Works withPartners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generationactivities (non OC 500) and target account (OC500) selling strategies.
o Actively trackjoint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
o Monitor partnersbusiness results, making recommendations for improvements to increasepenetration for the strategic partners.
Ensure ProjectSuccess with the GSIs on projects that license has been already sold, andprojects in deployment are a success.
o Establish rules of engagement and operationalescalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
o Build processeswith R&D to help support GSIs with Oracle Communications resources onprojects for a fee.
o Buildcollaborative working relationship with Oracle Consulting.
o Regularly interactacross functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure projectsuccess objectives are met (PLM, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing).
o Ability toinfluence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situationsimportant.
