A bout the Role
Come and join us as a Retail Host! (Vending) Working across our Theme Park and Hotels, you'll be responsible for stock replenishment and maintaining our estate of vending machines. This role is an integral part of ensuring that the Retail team is delivering world class guest service.

Flexibility to work early mornings from 6am, weekends, holidays and peak seasons as required.

Role requirements are a clean driving license and candidates over 18years old.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available for sale, including their features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist guests in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales and Transactions: Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments, and issuing receipts as needed.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of our vending machines, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all products are properly labelled and priced.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
Promotions and Upselling: Actively promote special offers, discounts, and promotions to guests, while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional products to enhance the guest experience.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, cash handling, and security protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Retail Hosts and other team members to achieve shared goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities to expand your product knowledge, improve your customer service skills, and enhance your overall performance as a Retail Host (Vending).

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £10.00/Hr.-GBP £12.21/Hr.
