As a System Readiness Specialist IV, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of system solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed performance standards and client expectations.
Facilitate seamless system integration and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Conduct thorough system analyses, develop readiness reports, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure system alignment with their objectives.
Be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marine Corps system operations or maintenance
Proven track record of managing complex system integration projects
Experience in conducting system readiness reviews and developing action plans
Hands-on experience with system testing and validation procedures
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Prior experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management
History of successful technical problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience in preparing and presenting technical reports and recommendations
Familiarity with the Marine Corps mission.
Masters Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
