DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Production Engineer III shall deliver technical and program support for programs within the Marine Corps Systems Command. Responsibilities include:
Analysis of Producibility, and production processes, manufacturing methods, tooling and equipment
Analysis of Engineering Changes and ECP reviews
Review of technical drawings
Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reports (FACARS) analysis, report generation
Support of Configuration Management activities including CCBs and Configuration Audits
PQDR, DMSMS FACAR analysis and reporting

Required Skills
Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Ability to read technical drawings and provide redlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment to cohesively meet the needs of the customer.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 3 years related experience OR 5 additional years' experience.
Experience with the DoD and/or MCSC Change Management Process
Experience developing corrective action reports
