Summary: The Director of Strategy and Operations at Parach is responsible for bridging the gap between strategic planning and operational execution. The Director will lead the development and execution of organizational strategies to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to establish business objectives, analyze performance data, optimize processes, and oversee key initiatives that align with the companys vision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance operational performance Conduct regular check in meetings with executives to track progress against strategic plans Analyze internal business performance to inform strategic decision-making Develop and implement workflows to streamline processes Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop business expansion strategies Work with executive leadership to ensure compliance with all local business requirements and support documentation collection and submission to compliance agencies Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business development and community engagement events Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, project management, or a related field Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational excellence certification is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives []{style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: normal; font-s "}
