Fiberglass Coatings, Inc (FGCI)* Production Compounder in St Petersburg, Florida
Must have the following in order to apply:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or compounding environment, preferably in polymers or related materials
- Proficiency with compounding equipment and machinery
- Must be 20 years of age (alcohol/hazardous requirement)
- Must speak, read and write English due to the nature of the job

Job Description: As a Production Compounder, you are a piece of the companys manufacturing operations, specifically in the compounding of polymer materials. This role required you to follow all production standards. You will collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure the compounding of polymer materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and maintain compounding equipment, including mixers, extruders, and other machinery.
- Measure and mix raw materials according to specified formulas and production schedules.
- Monitor the compounding process to ensure consistency and quality of polymer blends.
- Conduct quality control tests on compounded materials to verify conformity with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain production records, including batch logs, quality control results, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the production environment.
- Maintain work area according to company standards.
